A Firewall is a part of a system or network that is designed to block unauthorized access.
Oswap blocks IP addresses trying to access our system incorrectly, such as failed attempts to configure an email account, or access to the client area.
To configure the Firewall, access to the Client Area of Oswap first.
1.- From the Oswap client area go to Services> My Services:

3.- Choose Manage Firewall option
4.- There are several options to manage the Firewall:
- Unlock an IP:
IP unblocking options: Enter an ip address you need to unblock.
- Temporary IP Allow: A specified address is added to the white list for 7 days
- IPs in the whitelist: It shows us which IP addresses are allowed. It informs us of the IP address, the expiration date and the reason why we add it to the whitelist,
