In order to manage your email accounts first access your Oswap client area:
1.- Once within your client area select, Services> My Services
2.- Select your product:
3.- Quick Shortcuts to your cPanel will be shown, select E-Mail Accounts to manage your email accounts:
4.- The E-Mail Accounts option you can manage the mail accounts of your hosting.
A list of all your email accounts will appear:
- Account@Domain: The name of the account
- Usage/Quote /%: Level of account occupancy. We can allocate more / less space or unlimited.
- Actions:
- Password: Changing the password for the selected account
- Quote: Augment or decrease the space allocated to that account
- Establish mail client: Instructions and autoconfigurator for mail programs (Outlook, Mail etc.)
- Delete Account: Delete Account
- More:
- Suspend: Suspend, account is locked
- Suspend Login: Block access to the account
- Suspend Incoming Mail: Block incoming mail
- Access Webmail: Access your email account through webmail. (Or also: www.yourdomain.ext / webmail)
- Set calendars and contacts
5.- You can also access cpanel and the management of your hosting space, via https: //www.yourdomain.ext/cpanel , entering with your authorized account and password.
