Transfer procedure

A transfer has to be registered with an authcode. The authcode needs to be provided by the current provider.
Owner/admin contact will receive an e-mail that needs to be confirmed within 14 days. If this is confirmed
it takes up to 5 days before it is successfully transfered.
Within the 5 days after first confirmation the current registrar receives an e-mail which he can approve/reject/do nothing with it. If he does nothing with it the transfer will be automatically takes place after the 5 days.

Trade procedure

An owner change can be performed by updating the owner handle of the domain. This change is processed realtime.

Update procedure

The details of a contactperson can be changed by updating the associated handle of the domainname. This change is processed real-time.

Delete procedure

A deletion is realtime. After a delete the domain will be in Redemption Period status for 30 days. During this period the domain can be reactivated. 5 days after the 30 days it has status pendingDelete and will be deleted after these 5 days.

Reactivation procedure

The domain can be reactivated within 30 days after deletion via the control panel.
