How to create a backup of my web space?
Before any important changes to your website, such installing a new version of Prestashop or installing a new module, it is recommended to make a backup of your whole web space.
In case there was any problem, the copy you made will allow to restore your web space before the changes.
To be able to perform the backup, access the Oswap client area first.
1.- Once within your customer area select, Services> My Services
2.- Select your product :
3.- Select Backup from Quick Shortcuts area:
4.- Backup area from cPanel will be automatically opened :
- Seleccioneu Descarregar una còpia de seguretat del lloc web complet
5.- By default saves the backup in your web space.
You can enter an email address to inform you that the copy has been successfully completed.
6.- Returning again to the Quick Shortcuts of the client area and selecting File Manager to verify the creation of the backup:
7.- Hosting browser will be opened :
- Select /home/domainname (left side) and folder structures and files will be shown (right side)

- És un arxiu comprimit amb nom:
- backup-month.day.year_hour_domain.tar.gz
